Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant related major.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor
- Have experience working at electronic manufacturing company
- Have experience in the Medical Device Industry
- Have experience working Production SMD (Surface Mounting Device)
Job Description:
- Organize the implementation of production plans and complete production tasks with good quality and quantity
- Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve targets.
- Lead and motivate production workers
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
