Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor - Luxury Watches & Jewelry located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing and mentoring the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with the marketing team, and contributing to store strategies to maximize profitability.
