Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in West Java, Indonesia. The Assistant Store Manager will support the overall operations of the store, including ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, supervising staff, maintaining proper inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves assisting in implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability, managing store displays and promotions, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure customers have a positive experience and their needs are addressed effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Store Management and organizational skills to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient practices.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to safeguard against theft and minimize losses.
  • Leadership abilities to supervise and motivate the team effectively.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
