About Your Role: Driving customer‑focused value‑added services, supporting post‑sales activities including application and warranty support in alignment with local business strategy and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Engage with converters and end‑users as requested by marketing/sales personnel, gather market intelligence, and support the sales cycle by designing solutions and troubleshooting to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Hands‑on post‑sales service for product processing and end‑user functionality, working with cross‑functional teams to close quality issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge‑base articles to help customers and support staff find solutions efficiently.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (product management and operations), relaying feedback and bug reports to improve the product.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely feedback, following up on issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Care & Metrics: Develop scorecard templates for key accounts, analyze scorecard data to identify trends, and implement improvements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the printing industry or related roles at printer manufacturers, ink suppliers, or label‑market application companies.
  • Experience in an automotive manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.
  • General business process understanding, linking customers, production planning, manufacturing, and delivery.
  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other common business tools.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of relevant manufacturing technologies.
