Customer Service – Ocean Import
Location: Cengkareng, West Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders received from sales, operations, and customers.
- Provide detailed schedules and regular updates to customers.
- Ensure information flow is maintained in line with schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Execute orders in accordance with established agreements.
- Manage customer complaints by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Prepare and update reports related to all customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in
Logistics
or
Transportation
). - Minimum of
1–2 years' experience
in Freight Forwarding, with strong exposure to Ocean Freight. - Solid background in
Import Ocean operations
. - Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
- Willing to be based in
Cengkareng, West Jakarta
