Customer Service – Ocean Import

Location: Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders received from sales, operations, and customers.
  • Provide detailed schedules and regular updates to customers.
  • Ensure information flow is maintained in line with schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Execute orders in accordance with established agreements.
  • Manage customer complaints by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Prepare and update reports related to all customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in
    Logistics
    or
    Transportation
    ).
  • Minimum of
    1–2 years' experience
    in Freight Forwarding, with strong exposure to Ocean Freight.
  • Solid background in
    Import Ocean operations
    .
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.
  • Willing to be based in
    Cengkareng, West Jakarta
    .
