Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Program Director based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with opportunities for remote work. The Program Director will oversee the design and implementation of negotiation programs, manage client relationships, and lead a dynamic team of consultants. Responsibilities include strategizing customized solutions, organizing workshops, analyzing client needs, and ensuring program delivery aligns with organizational objectives. The role also involves monitoring program outcomes, preparing detailed reports, and staying updated on negotiation trends to enhance offerings.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness
- Experience in a consultancy, coaching, or training environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
