About the Role
An experienced engineer with 5–10 years of expertise in managing machinery and conducting Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) assessments. Skilled in developing and implementing recovery plans to address equipment or system disruptions, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency. Adept at supervising technical teams and overseeing projects to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct damage assessments: Evaluate machinery, equipment, or system damages to determine the extent and impact.
- Prepare technical reports: Document findings, provide analysis, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Supervise recovery works: Oversee repair or restoration activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Liaise with clients & OEMs: Coordinate with clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers to provide updates, clarify technical details, and ensure smooth recovery operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in managing machinery, conducting Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) assessments, and recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and field skills with the ability to evaluate equipment performance and identify potential issues.
- Proficient in preparing clear and comprehensive technical reports.
- Ability to supervise recovery works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Willingness to liaise with clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as required.
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Motivated and proactive, with a strong learning mindset to develop technical and field-related skills.
