We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Water Treatment Project team and support operations in Bogor and Cilegon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic, industrial environment and is eager to grow their technical and customer-facing skills.
What You'll Do
- Conduct inspections of the water treatment process at client sites.
- Perform field and laboratory water sampling and analysis.
- Record test results accurately into digital systems and reports.
- Inspect and maintain chemical dosing systems and calibrate pumps.
- Support engineers in client communication and field coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service based on technical team guidance.
- Track inventory and assist with stock-opname and reporting.
- Submit clear and timely service activity reports.
- Participate in field surveys, observations, and assessments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in water treatment, chemical engineering, laboratory work, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (willingness to improve English encouraged).
- A proactive mindset with a strong interest in field operations and water treatment systems.
