Finance Data

Our client is a leading e-commerce platform and digital financial ecosystem in Southeast Asia, operating in four major countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia. It provides credit loans, payment, and digital banking solutions.

The Finance Data & Systems Manager will act as the bridge between Finance and Data Analytics, translating complex analytical findings into clear financial insights that support decision-making across corporate and top management levels.

This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, improving data workflows, and supporting ERP or accounting systems implementation. The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong data proficiency, analytical ability, and understanding of system processes.

• Analyze financial data and develop dashboards or reports to support management decision-making.
• Perform SQL queries and data processing to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to support ERP and accounting system implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate data workflows, ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
• Transform analytical findings into actionable financial insights for Finance – Corporate and the Head of Division.
• Present key insights and reports to top management to guide strategic financial planning and operational decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data integration.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis or finance systems management (managerial or strategic level), in the fintech or financial services industry.

• Proven ability to work across finance and data functions to produce actionable insights.

• Technical & Analytical Expertise:

• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or financial automation tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Professional Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.

• Effective communicator who can translate data into business implications.
• High attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
