Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Staff, located in Margomulyo, Surabaya. The Purchasing Staff will be responsible for managing and overseeing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role involves evaluating purchase requisitions, maintaining records of purchases, prices, and suppliers, and working closely with the finance team to manage budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering or related field
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement minimum 1 year (due to organization circumstances, for this vacancy we don't accept fresh graduate)
  • Knowledge about vessel spare parts is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
