Offline & B2B Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility in retail channels.

  • Build, maintain, and grow B2B partnerships with corporate clients, resellers, and distributors.

  • Conduct regular business visits to key accounts and offline retail partners across the region.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners and clients.

  • Identify new B2B business opportunities (corporate uniform projects, reseller programs, bulk sales, etc.).

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of offline sales programs.

  • Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Offline Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in fashion retail, textiles, or related consumer goods industries.

  • Strong existing network in the Bandung or West Java retail / B2B market will be a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Willing to travel as needed for client visits and events.

  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics in Bandung and/or Indonesia to focus on sales expansion
