Personal Assistant to Chairman - Mandarin Speaker
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, HQ, employees, and clients.
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and appointments with precision.
- Prepare, translate, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations in Chinese and English.
- Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the Chairman.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
- Provide meeting support, including note-taking and tracking action items.
- Foster positive relationships and ensure smooth coordination across all levels.
- Manage confidential projects and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate from a Chinese university, with at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different work styles and cultures.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
