Personal Assistant to Chairman - Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, HQ, employees, and clients.
  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and appointments with precision.
  • Prepare, translate, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations in Chinese and English.
  • Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
  • Provide meeting support, including note-taking and tracking action items.
  • Foster positive relationships and ensure smooth coordination across all levels.
  • Manage confidential projects and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements

  • Preferably a graduate from a Chinese university, with at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different work styles and cultures.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
