Job Descriptions:

  • Supporting administrative department activities
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, mail correspondence, answering emails and data entry.
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no issues.
  • Making arrangements and preparing documents, and presentation materials.
  • Circulated document
  • Internal coordination with multiple departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 1 - 3 year experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, and SAP etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
