Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1)
Experience to work at commercial area such as Mall, Hotel, FnB area or Recreation Facility.
Strong leadership and experienced lead the team.
Experience as Operations Manager.
Experience as Sales or Commercial Manager will be added value.
Highly motivated, strong skills and hospitality oriented.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
Willing to work in Bekasi area.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible the sales, operation and team management .
Formulate departmental policies, procedures, and forms.
Manage the development and monitor the completion of pending facilities.
Monitor and evaluate operational process conducted by each subordinates, analyze effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, develop more reliable and effective business process.
Lead and manage the Operations team.
Report to General Manager.
