What we're looking for:
- Diploma's degree graduates from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRGA role, preferably in a Manufacturing company
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Holds JLPT N3 or higher [MANDATORY]
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
What you'll be doing:
- Monthly Payrol handling (Preparation until submit and approve)
- Handling company Legal
- Handling all compensation and benefit of employee (All item)
- Understand how to draft company rule
- Understand BPJS rules
- Recruitment Handling
- Employees evaluation handling
- Understanding Labours Law
- Experience in employee bipartite negotiations
- Able to handle wage scale structure (SKALA Upah)
- Disnaker Audit handling
- Organize company events (Familly gathering, Company Dinner, Company sport event, etc)
