Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience as a System Analyst for 3-4 years
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
