1. Job Profile

TRS (Tiga Roda Spareparts) adalah brand suku cadang pertama di Indonesia yang khusus untuk motor roda tiga. Kami membuka lowongan untuk Editor/Talent yang akan bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan, pengeditan, dan eksekusi konten kreatif di media sosial dan marketplace. Posisi ini berfokus pada pengembangan brand image melalui visual, video, dan kehadiran talent di konten pemasaran.

2. Job Description

1. Produksi & Editing Konten

• Mengedit foto dan video untuk kebutuhan media sosial dan marketplace.
• Memastikan kualitas visual sesuai dengan brand guideline.
• Membuat variasi konten yang sesuari arahan tim creative.
• Mengeksekusi proses pengambilan gambar/video hingga final edit siap tayang.

2. Talent & On-Cam Presence

• Menjadi talent dalam video keperluan brand.
• Membawakan konten dengan percaya diri, ekspresif, dan sesuai target audiens.
• Bersama tim Creative memastikan pesan brand tersampaikan secara konsisten dalam setiap materi foto maupun video.
• Berperan aktif dalam pengambilan video atau ide saat shooting agar konten lebih natural.

3. Kolaborasi Tim Creative

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim creative terkait ide konten.
• Memberikan masukan kreatif untuk meningkatkan awareness, engagement & conversion.
• Mendukung produksi konten campaign, iklan, dan aktivitas promosi.
• Membantu persiapan teknis (lighting, audio, set) untuk mendukung kelancaran produksi.

3. Kualifikasi

Pendidikan:

• Minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat.

Pengalaman:

• 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai editor konten digital (foto/video) atau talent konten.
• Terbiasa tampil di depan kamera dan membuat konten untuk TikTok/Instagram dan lain lain.
• Pengalaman di industri otomotif/sparepart menjadi nilai tambah.

Keterampilan Teknis:

• Menguasai software editing dasar (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect atau sejenisnya).
• Familiar dengan platform media sosial (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) dan marketplace.
• Memahami teknik dasar pengambilan gambar dan pencahayaan.

Keterampilan Non-Teknis (Soft Skills):

• Percaya diri, komunikatif, dan ekspresif di depan kamera.
• Kreatif, adaptif, dan up-to-date dengan tren konten digital.
• Disiplin, detail, dan mampu bekerja sesuai deadline.
• Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim serta terbuka dengan feedback

• Incorporating motion graphics, special effects, and audio enhancements to enhance the overall quality of the videos

• Providing support and guidance to the production team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a fast‑paced, creative environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to bring creative ideas to life
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the concept and visual direction for each project
