Global Arena Sejahtera (Part of Loket) is hiring Operational Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or large-scale venue environments.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex operational projects from pre-opening to steady-state operations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executable operational plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and venues simultaneously with agility and precision.
- Deep understanding of SOP development, guest experience design, safety protocols, and service delivery standard
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

- Pre-Opening Planning & Execution
- Lead the day-to-day management of venue operations, ensuring smooth execution across all guest touchpoints.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs covering hospitality, guest engagement, safety protocols, and emergency response.
- Work with the HR team to recruit, schedule, and manage frontline and supervisory staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements across all operational areas.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between PT. Global Arena Sejahtera and third-party project stakeholders.
