REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or large-scale venue environments.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex operational projects from pre-opening to steady-state operations.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executable operational plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and venues simultaneously with agility and precision.
  • Deep understanding of SOP development, guest experience design, safety protocols, and service delivery standard
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

JOB DESC

  • Pre-Opening Planning & Execution
  • Lead the day-to-day management of venue operations, ensuring smooth execution across all guest touchpoints.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs covering hospitality, guest engagement, safety protocols, and emergency response.
  • Work with the HR team to recruit, schedule, and manage frontline and supervisory staff.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements across all operational areas.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between PT. Global Arena Sejahtera and third-party project stakeholders.
