Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Lead daily workshop operations, implement company policies, and ensure the completion of assigned production tasks.
- Coordination & Planning: Organize and preside over key meetings (e.g., production planning, quality analysis, performance evaluations); coordinate with various departments for smooth execution.
- Process Improvement: Establish and continuously improve workshop systems, operational standards, and team responsibilities to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Lean Initiatives: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (including 5S, TPM, and process optimization projects) to reduce waste and lower costs.
- Resolution: Coordinate and resolve production issues related to quality, process flow, labor allocation, and resource utilization, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operations.
- Team Development: Provide training on quality awareness and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to build a high-performance and disciplined production team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a workshop or plant management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Quality Standards: Solid understanding of automotive production processes (OEM or key components), and familiarity with quality systems such as IATF16949 and ISO9001.
- Lean Knowledge: Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Communication: Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
