Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various positions, sales, SPG, marketing and support staff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.
  • Post job advertisements and actively search for potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and career development.

  • Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs to improve employee skills and capabilities.
  • Contribute to organizational structure reviews and workforce planning.
  • Provide input on HR policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HR data, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or organization development, preferably in retail, pharmacy, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
  • Knowledge of OD practices such as employee engagement, training, and performance management is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
