Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and ensure that all clinic operational activities run effectively and in accordance with medical service standards.
- Manage both medical and non-medical teams to work professionally and collaboratively.
- Develop and implement strategies for clinic growth to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the healthcare sector (Ministry of Health, Local Health Office, Community Health Centers, etc.).
- Supervise the overall administration management of the clinic.
- Establish and maintain communication and coordination with related institutions, insurance partners, and other external parties.
- Monitor the clinic's performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the Clinic Director.
- Coach and develop staff competencies through training and performance evaluations.
- Actively participate in strategic decision-making processes that impact the clinic's growth and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: General Practitioner (Medical Doctor), holding a Master's degree in Hospital Administration/Management (MMRS/MARS).
- Possesses a valid medical registration (STR) and a strong understanding of applicable medical regulations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in clinic operations, human resource management, and financial management.
- Result-oriented and committed to delivering excellent patient satisfaction.
