We are a Japanese manufacture located in Depok, West Java

Main Purpose of Job Supervised Technical Trainer for BIG Tractor + Implement, CLASS Forage Harvester etc. will be responsible to develop and conduct Technical Training Program and education material and aid, Service Network readiness on Manpower, Facility and Equipment, Provide readiness on product technical documents and Product Type Approval.

Responsibilities

Training Program

1. Build Training Curriculum, Skill Grading, Training Aid and Development Program for these

products

2. Create and in charge Annual Training Plan and Schedule, Manage Event, Trainer, Budget,

and Administration

3. Conduct Training Event, Record Result, Monitor Field Implementation within certain period

4. Conduct Skill Assessment Event and Record Result

5. Design, Translate and Provide Products Digital Content and Promotion Stuff

Product Readiness

1. Provide and Translate New & exist Product Technical Education Material

2. Provide and Translate New & exist Product Manual and related guidance

3. Control Product Type Approval Certificate validity period (SNI / Test Report) for BIG tractor

plus implement and CLASS forage harvester.

4. Prepare budget, administration and for these products.

Service Readiness

1. Monitor Service Network manpower, facility and equipment readiness

2. Conduct process audit for service readiness compliance in Service Network

3. Manage Product Sample taken from warehouse until back to Sales inventory

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internal or external parties

2. Integrity, transparency and professional attitude to reflecting professional company image

4. Proactive, set priority action and strong positive mindset

5. In-depth of technical knowledge

6. Understand Organization and Development Program methodology

7. Understand safety working environment

Knowledge and Experience Required

2. Has knowledge and skill regarding hydraulics schemes, electrical and engine

3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training Center of Construction / Agriculture Machinery /Heavy Equipment

4. Knowledge process of Product Type Approval is necessary

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and latest online learning system

6. Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage
