We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales General Manager to build and lead our commercial operations in Indonesia. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for crafting the market entry strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving rapid revenue growth.

主要职责 | Key Responsibilities
战略与领导 | Strategy & Leadership:
制定并执行印尼市场的整体销售战略和业务计划,对印尼区的P&L(利润与亏损)负责。
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan for Indonesia, owning the P&L for the Indonesian entity.
从零开始组建、培训和领导一支高绩效的本地销售团队。
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local sales team from the ground up.
业务拓展与销售 | Business Development & Sales:
利用对印尼市场的深刻洞察,识别关键行业机会,并建立战略合作伙伴关系。
Leverage deep insights into the Indonesian market to identify key vertical opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
主导复杂的B2B企业级SaaS销售全流程,完成销售目标。
Drive the end-to-end cycle of complex B2B enterprise SaaS sales to achieve targets.
跨部门协作 | Cross-functional Collaboration:
作为公司在印尼市场的代表,与全球的产品、市场和高管团队紧密协作。
Act as the company's ambassador in Indonesia, collaborating closely with global product, marketing, and executive teams.
任职要求 | Qualifications & Experience
必须条件 | Must-Have:
流利的中文和英文沟通能力。
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
8年以上B2B软件/SaaS行业销售经验,其中至少5年担任销售总监、国家总经理等高级领导职务。
8+ years of sales experience in B2B software/SaaS industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Sales Director, Country Manager).
拥有在印尼市场成功开拓业务和达成收入目标的已验证记录。
A proven track record of successfully establishing operations and achieving revenue targets in the Indonesian market.
愿意常驻雅加达。
Willing to be based in Jakarta.
