Role Description
This is a full-time on-HQ role for a Project Engineer (Construction) located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are executed according to plan, within budget, and on schedule, within quality standards, and performed safely. They will oversee project planning, collaborate with different teams, monitor progress, address challenges, think of solutions, and coordinate with logistics team to devise new methods.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Project Planning, Engineering, Coordination, and Control for Building & Housing Projects
- Have good sense of analytics, imagination skills, estimation, and excellent in mathematics
- Prior Experience in Multidisciplinary Engineering and Architectural field and familiarity with unique designs, engineering systems, and troubleshooting within the construction sector is a plus
- Detailed Communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia to effectively collaborate with teams (majority internal)
- Proficiency in multi modal IT communications (power point presentation, online/web conferencing, etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in handling complex construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry is an advantage
- Basic understanding and experience in quality and safety standards are necessary
- Fresh graduates are welcome, although applicants with 2-5 years experience in similar fields are preferred.
