Qualifications:
- Mini. D3/S1 (preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Electrical Engineering)
- Min. 3-5 years' experience in Stainless Manufacture/Metal (packaging/drinkware is preferred)
- Understand about process forming & stamping Stainles Steel and product defect analyst
- Able to processing data analysis (Excel, SPC) and problem solving (Root Cause Analyst)
- Strong leadership and good communication
- Good in English written & speaking will be advantages
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise daily Stainles Steel operations for drinkware products (tumblers, bottles, lids, etc.) to meet quality and output targets
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
- Identify and implementation efficiency improvements in the forming & stamping Stainles Steel process
- Preparing daily production reports, including output, defects, and downtime
- Training & manage Stainles Steel operator workers to optimize performance
