Location: Malang, Indonesia (Flexibility for some remote work)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic insurance team. This role focuses on expanding market reach, acquiring new clients, and educating prospects about insurance products to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in comprehensive training on insurance products, pitching, and closing strategies.
Identify, contact, and manage prospective clients (individuals and corporate).
Conduct product presentations and guide prospects through the policy closing process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, communities, and business partners (campuses, companies, organizations).
Initiate and manage educational events, seminars, and workshops on financial literacy & insurance awareness.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and business development progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support offline & digital promotion strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any field, preferably Business/Marketing/Communications).
1–2 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms & digital tools for networking and promotion.
