Qualifications :
1. Education Min Bachelor Degree (All Majors)
2. Minimum 3 year experiences in Human Resources Manufacturing Industrial
3. Have Experience Handle Payroll (C&B) with system or manual.
4. Understand Labor Law & Company Legality
5. Have experience handle human resources functions: recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, HR audits, and HRIS.
7. Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
8. Have communication and negotiation skills
