Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement training programs for store employees, including onboarding training for new employees, in-service training, and skills enhancement training, etc.
2. Organize and host various training courses, including but not limited to product knowledge, sales skills, Client Server, operational processes, and company rules and regulations, etc.
3. Evaluate the training effectiveness, understand the training results through methods such as tests, questionnaires, and trainee feedback, and continuously optimize and improve the training content and methods based on the evaluation results.
4. Design and implement special project skill training programs to address specific issues in store operations, thereby enhancing employees' practical operation abilities and problem-solving skills.
5. Maintain and update the training repository, including training manuals, operating guides, video tutorials, etc.
6. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of training materials to provide reliable reference resources for store employees.
7. Based on store feedback, adjust and optimize training programs, provide daily training support to stores, answer questions encountered by employees in their work, and ensure that training aligns with actual needs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with industry training experience, and those with non-China (Indonesia) store training experience are preferred
2. Have experience in preparing relevant materials such as industry training manuals and training guidelines.
3. Have in-depth understanding of store operations and be able to provide effective operational support and improvement suggestions.
4. Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively cooperate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
5. Chinese can be used as a working language
