- Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in business process, internal control, audit, or quality management
- Good understanding of business process management, SOPs, and internal controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide recommendations for process improvements
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate across departments
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with data and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business management applications is an advantage
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Bizagi, or similar) is preferred
