You will be based in our Jakarta Office, You will support the sales team with daily tasks, make sure all documents are correct, and help communicate with customers and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create quotation with PRD for new business form Key Account and Sales Hunter
- Update quotation of validity or price when customer ask or price change
- Update Client rate into cargo wise
- Catch up overseas email and respon quotation
- Posting contents into Instagram and linkedIn
- Make strategy flyer for customer
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience at Logistics Industry (freight forwarding is a plus)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Show willingness to do extra mile to meet target and to be Key Account for the future
