Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering environment
Proven experience as Project Manager or Senior Supervisor
Strong knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance, power systems, HVAC, and industrial automation
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other technical tools
Professional certifications (e.g., Ahli K3 or related) are an advantage
