- Assist in curating community members to ensure the right profiles are selected before participating in product review activities or campaigns.
- Monitor the end-to-end community review process, including product distribution, content collection, and insight reporting.
- Prepare performance and insight reports
- Support cross-functional teams by coordinating community-related needs and activities.
- Assist in executing community events, both online and offline, to enhance engagement and member loyalty.
- Manage communication with community members through various platforms (WhatsApp Group or social media).
Contribute ideas for activities, content, and initiatives to strengthen the relationship between the brand and the community.
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, event organizing, or brand activation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for engaging with people.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling coordination with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Able to create simple reports (insights, feedback, and performance summaries).
- Creative, proactive, and strong in problem-solving.
- Willing to participate in offline events (occasionally outside of regular working hours).
