Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer/KOL ecosystem.
- Able to handle administrative tasks such as contract preparation, data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Comfortable working with deadlines, multitasking, and supporting the KOL team in daily operations.
- Proactive, fast learner, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience as an admin, marketing support, or internship in beauty/fashion/lifestyle industry.
- Knowledge of affiliate systems, KOL databases, or campaign management tools.
