Job Description:
- Conduct field visits to monitor collection activities carried out by Field Collectors.
- Observe communication practices between Field Collectors and debtors to ensure compliance with company SOPs and to prevent any form of intimidation, threats, or misconduct.
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of field visit data and collection reports (check-ins, photos, notes).
- Evaluate Field Collector performance, compliance, and integrity based on established assessment indicators.
- Conduct investigations on reported violations or complaints from debtors related to collection activities conducted in the field.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Collection Team, and Trainers for improvement plans, coaching, and retraining sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collection, QA Collection, or field verification.
- Good understanding of collection SOPs, OJK regulations related to collection practices, ethical communication standards, and field visit procedures.
- Willing to travel frequently within assigned areas (70–90% of working time in the field).
