  • Assist that outlet is running efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events.
  • Follow the guidelines for plating presentations.
  • Ensures that all the process maintains the standards of HACCO and ISO2200.
  • Ensures only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
  • Implement food safety programs and procedures.
  • Always practice safety in handling food.
  • Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business

Qualifications

  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Experience in Italian cuisine
  • Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain
  • Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Basic English communication skills and strong guest service mindset
