Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries and financial recording processes
- Manage and monitor account receivables to achieve collection targets
- Review accounts payable aging and support payment planning
- Maintain effective cash flow and ensure fund availability
- Ensure financial operations comply with internal policies and procedures
- Provide timely and accurate financial data and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Audit experience in a well-established Public Accounting Firm is preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
- Skilled in financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Understanding of tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP-based accounting systems is an advantage
