  • Manage and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute cases in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
  • Prepare and review all industrial relations documents, including Company Regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), employment contracts, and termination letters.
  • Lead and represent the company in bipartite or tripartite discussions and, when required, in mediation or conciliation processes at the Department of Labor (Disnaker).
  • Review, update, and implement Company Regulations (PP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to employment practices.
  • Support HC in developing employee discipline frameworks, grievance procedures, and ethics policies.
  • Build and maintain open communication channels between employees, management, and HR.
  • Facilitate socialization of company policies, employee rights, and industrial relations practices to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Continuously improve internal IR systems and documentation to enhance process efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain disciplinary policies, including punishment matrices and sanction data management, covering all cases from general violations to fraud.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or Psychology
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Relations (IR) or Employee Relations (ER), preferably within a manufacturing or retail-based company and banking .
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IR matters independently, including dispute resolution, employee discipline, and external liaison with labor authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP, Permenaker, and Perjanjian Kerja).
  • Skilled in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial dispute resolutions.
  • Capable of drafting and reviewing company regulations, employment agreements, warning letters, and termination documents.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse IR issues across manufacturing plants and retail outlets.
  • Having an advocate license will be considered an advantage.
