Overview

Our company is currently seeking a Customer Engagement who is committed and has the ability to achieve targets. The Customer Engagement will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building business relationships, and selling the company's products or services. Successful candidates will work closely with the Customer Engagement team to meet the company's sales objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers.

  • Develop business relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Explain the advantages of products or services to customers.

  • Achieve predetermined sales targets set by the company.

  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify sales opportunities.

  • Present regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications

  • Max. 2 years of sales experience, or fresh graduates with sales experience during their university period.

  • Good knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in a related field.

  • Understanding of sales and negotiation concepts.
