About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Payable - Accurate User to join our team at PT Lampbond Indonesia in Benda Banten. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers.
What you'll be doing
- Processing and recording accounts payable invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure prompt payment of invoices
- Providing support and assistance to the wider finance team as needed
- Adhering to all relevant financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within the Accounting industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Accurate
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
