Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development staff to join our growing team. The role requires someone with extensive knowledge of building materials and engineering-related products, including interior, exterior, and structural applications, and a strong enthusiasm for business growth and driving sales. You will work closely with senior Business Development personnel and company directors to support and execute strategic business initiatives — ranging from client outreach and partnership development to client pitching, sales coordination, and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Account Management, preferably in building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Support the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by collecting, verifying, and organizing client information and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain systematic filing and documentation to ensure client information, proposals, and agreements are well organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
  • Summarize and present research findings to contribute to internal reporting, strategy formulation, and management discussions.
  • Engage potential clients through calls, messages, emails, and meetings to introduce products, follow up on leads, and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist and support the development of proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentation materials for client meetings and business pitches.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for BD activities, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and client follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain an updated record of client communications, project pipelines, and sales progress to support smooth coordination within the Business Development team.
