Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Tangerang. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized university consultation, supporting university applications, guiding students with English test preparation, and assisting with visa applications. Additionally, the role involves offering pre-departure guidance, providing consultation on accommodation, and ensuring a smooth transition for students embarking on their international academic journeys.
Qualifications
- Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the field of international education is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
