We're on the hunt for a hands-on Content Creator who loves getting their hands dirty, from brainstorming raw ideas to bringing them to life and publishing them across channels. You'll take ownership of the full content lifecycle: concept, scripting, production, editing, and publishing.
Whether it's a short-form video for TikTok, a product how-to for Instagram Reels, or creative storytelling for YouTube to craft content that engages, informs, and converts.
Responsibility:
- Own content production end-to-end from ideate, create, edit, and publish content across social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create content that aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Plan and create content for key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay up to date with platform trends and adapt creative formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate to write scripts or captions that match the tone and purpose of each content piece.
- Organize and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
- Monitor content performance and iterate based on insights and feedback.
Requirements:
- The storyteller, the person who can communicate their ideas through digital content.
- Min. 1 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling.
- Proven ability to handle content from ideation to publishing, solo or with a small team.
- Skilled in video shooting/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps).
- Have basic prompting skills to produce a video short like Sora AI, Google Veo3, etc.
- Solid understanding of content trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviors.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and delivering in fast-paced environments.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and storytelling skills.
- Bonus if you've worked with consumer brands, e-commerce, or tech startups.

Nice to Have:
- On-camera presence or experience directing on-screen talent.
- Experience with paid social creative production (for ads or promos).
- Have a good sense of video production and visual.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to review content performance.
