Job Descriptions:
- Assist property maintenance and improvement section head in managing and maintaining all MEP and building systems
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and system
- Supervise technicians and other staffs member involved in maintenance and repair
- Assist direct supervisor in planning, budgeting and implementation
- Ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment specifications
- Conduct training to all members in the department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in engineering major
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as ME Coordinator/ Assist. Chief Engineer
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Effective communication skill, leadership skill, decision making, and strong analytical thinking
- Knowledge in safety procedure/K3
- Ability to work in a team with tight deadline
- Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor
