Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic marketing, event management, brand building, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and communications team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM), social media, content strategy, and analytics tools
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth, sales pipeline, and brand awareness.
- Proven experience in budget development, fiscal management, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing corporate events and industry activations and ensuring a positive ROI
- Experience in the B2B Technology, IT Solutions, IT Infrastructure, or System Integrator industry is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company business goals
- Lead event management initiatives, including tech conferences, product launches, and client workshops
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels
- Oversee all B2B demand generation efforts, ensuring a healthy and consistent flow of qualified leads for the Sales team.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, social media presence, and digital channels, leveraging SEO/SEM best practices.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and executive messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and HR to ensure consistent messaging
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Product, Helpdesk) to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Manage external agency relationships and marketing vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Report regularly to the Director on marketing performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
