Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Multifinance companies, Banks, and Dealers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to support business growth.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure achievement of target volume and margin.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaboration.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Operation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth partnership execution.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in partnership, business development, or corporate relationship (preferably in automotive, multifinance, or banking industry).
- Strong networking with Multifinance and Dealers is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and handle field visits if required.
