What You'll Do :

· Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and expanding existing accounts.
· Build long-term relationships with key decision makers across multiple industries.
· Identify client needs and craft tailored solutions around Fibernet's connectivity, network, and IT services.
· Lead negotiations, manage proposals, and close high-value deals with confidence.
· Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client experience.
· Track market trends, monitor competitors, and proactively explore new market segments.
· Motivate and guide your sales team to consistently exceed targets.

What We're Looking For :

· Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or IT solutions.
· Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
· A natural networker with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
· Confident in handling corporate clients and managing complex sales cycles.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and passion for growth.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
