Key Responsibilities
:
- Ensure
core banking system
servers operate optimally. - Perform real-time analysis, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions to users.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- Apply user logic to the system for operational efficiency.
- Communicate, analyze, document, build, implement, and maintain reports based on requests.
- Provide
EOD (End of Day)
support in shifts.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Industrial), Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Application Support or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of
PL/SQL, Oracle Database
, and willingness to learn Java with guided support from our team. - Experience in
deployment
and
debugging
. - Familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in
Bahasa Indonesia
. - Proficiency in English
(verbal and written).
