Key Responsibilities
:

  • Ensure
    core banking system
    servers operate optimally.
  • Perform real-time analysis, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions to users.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Apply user logic to the system for operational efficiency.
  • Communicate, analyze, document, build, implement, and maintain reports based on requests.
  • Provide
    EOD (End of Day)
    support in shifts.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Industrial), Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Application Support or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of
    PL/SQL, Oracle Database
    , and willingness to learn Java with guided support from our team.
  • Experience in
    deployment
    and
    debugging
    .
  • Familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in
    Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Proficiency in English
    (verbal and written).
