Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in People Development, Organization Development, and Performance Management.
- Proficient in People Development, including the creation and implementation of Competency Matrix, Competency Gap Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Execution, Evaluation, and Reporting.
- Skilled in Organization Development, including organizational structure analysis and design, job descriptions, job specifications, job load, and job analysis.
- Experienced in Performance Management, including KPI analysis, KPI formulation, and integrated KPI development.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Experienced in handling quality compliance standards (ISO).
- Willing to work at Kawasan Industri Pulogadung (East Jakarta)
