Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Tanjung Priok. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, managing software development activities, ensuring successful project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate solutions. The role will also involve ensuring that project deliverables meet business goals and technical requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to effectively guide and support diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Software Development methodologies and practices to oversee and contribute to technical projects.
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills to ensure successful project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Knowledge of Integration processes to ensure seamless functionality across systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
