Responsible for assisting and coordinating with licensing consultants or government agencies in managing company permits, environmental and land certifications and ensuring compliance through the OSS system.
Qualifications
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Engineering, HR Management, or Business Administration (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience handling the OSS system is required.
- Experienced in permit processing (company establishment, business operation, expatriate permits, BPJS, industrial zone compliance, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active, communicative, and good at problem solving.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Kutorejo (Mojokerto) and relocate to PIER (Pasuruan) next year.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all submissions through the OSS-RBA system for company registration, NIB, renewals, and applications.
- Ensure strict company compliance with Indonesian labor laws, manpower regulations, and industrial zone requirements.
- Monitor and update company policies to comply with employment regulations, safety standards (K3), tax obligations, and corporate governance.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor company permits and licenses including business licenses, operational permits, and immigration permits.
- Liaise with government authorities, industrial zone offices, and notaries to secure required permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits/checklists to ensure compliance with labor, tax, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide compliance reports and recommendations to management on potential risks and improvements.
- Support and organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Co-manage of HR duties.
- Handle office facility management, vehicles, security services, office supplies, utilities, and asset control.
